Position: Program Director for Kids Land

Overview:
As our business is rapidly growing and looking to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Director to lead community outreach and business development efforts for our children’s entertainment facility. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our business within local and surrounding communities, engaging with schools, churches, daycares, non profits, and other organizations to generate interest in our facility for field trips, birthday parties, group events, and more.
The primary focus of this role is to establish and grow relationships that bring new business to our facility and brand. Success in this position is directly tied to revenue growth, and compensation is structured to incentivize performance and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Outreach & Business Development
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to promote our business in the community.
• Establish relationships with schools, churches, daycare centers, and other relevant organizations.
• Actively market and sell event packages such as field trips, birthday parties, and group experiences.
• Attend networking events, community gatherings, and industry-related functions to drive awareness.
• Work collaboratively with management to refine marketing and promotional strategies.
• Track and report sales activity, including new leads, conversions, and revenue generated.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve engagement and business growth.
Compensation & Incentives:
This role is structured with a performance-based compensation model that rewards successful business development efforts.
• You will receive a lofty commission on all direct sales brought into the business. This will be discussed clearly in the interview process and provided in writing.
This structure is designed to provide strong earning potential while allowing room for flexibility, growth, and ongoing refinement of strategies.
